This Spicy Fresh Pear Chutney makes my breads taste incredible ! Chilean Pears flavored with garlic, onion and pepper seasonings is too much a temptation for me when it comes choosing my pasta or bread accompaniments. Just try this Spicy Fresh Pear Chutney and tell me if you like it !
Ingredients
  Pears 3 Medium, finely diced to make 3 1/2 cups (Chilean variety)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh cilantro leaves 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Finely chopped red onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crushed red pepper flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; toss well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
