Homemade Pineapple Chutney

This chutney is sweet and sour. It has nice tangy flavor of pineapple and sour, sweet taste of other ingredients.
Ingredients
  Pineapples 1 Can (10 oz)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Kalonji 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated ginger 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Chop pineapple into large chunks.
Heat pineapple juice and add the chunks and other seasoning to it.
Also add the sugar. Mix it well.
Let the mixture cook. Slowly the water will evaporate and have a chutney like texture.
Cover it up and cook. Stir it in between.
In about 45 minutes the chutney will be ready.
You can now add vinegar to it.
Mash the pineapple chunks.
Add some crushed chili to the chutney.
Cook for some time and the chutney is ready.
