Green Tomato Chutney

Ingredients
  Green tomatoes 3 Pound
  Cooking apples 4
  Cucumber 1
  Onions 4
  Sultanas 4 Ounce
  Demerara sugar 1 Pound
  Ground ginger 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (1 Dessert Spoon)
  Mustard 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (1 Dessert Spoon)
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Quart
Directions

Peel and slice apples, onions and cucumber.
Chop tomatoes.
Put all the ingredients together in a large pan and bring gently to the boil.
Simmer for about an hour or longer, until the mixture is thoroughly soft, stirring frequently.
Put into warm jars and seal.
