Fresh Chutney

  Apple 1
  Onion 1
  Tomatoes 3
  Celery stalks 3
  Pimiento 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped mint 1 Tablespoon
  Horseradish relish 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste

Peel and grate the apple and onion.
Skin the tomatoes and chop roughly.
Finely chop the celery and pimiento.
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil, simmer 4-5 minutes.
