Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon (15 Milliliter)
  Chuck steak 2 Pound (1 Kilogram)
  Tomatoes 2 Large, sliced
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sliced (250 Gram)
  Dry onion soup mix 1 Ounce (1 Package)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon (15 Milliliter)
  Steak sauce 2 Tablespoon (A-1, 30 Milliliter)
  Tomato juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 Milliliter)
Directions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spread a large piece of foil on a cookie sheet and grease with the 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) butter or margarine.
Cut the steak into small portions and arrange on the foil slightly overlapping each piece.
Arrange the sliced tomatoes and mushrooms on top of the steak.
Sprinkle with the onion soup mix.
Mix together the cornstarch, A L Steak Sauce and tomato juice and pour over the meat and vegetables.
Bring up the sides of the foil and double wrap and fold the edges to seal the package completely.
Bake approximately 2 hours.
Roll back the foil and serve at once.
