Chuck Roast Supreme

This recipe for chucken roast is a spicy preparation made with steak sauce and mushroom soup. Baked in the oven and folded in a foil , the chucke roast is cooked with steak sauce and can be served with mashed potatoes and vegetables.
Ingredients
  Lean chuck roast 3 Pound
  Steak sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Dry onion soup mix 1 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 2 Can (20 oz)
Directions

Lay roast on large piece of foil, enough to fold over top; place on cookie sheet.
Spread steak sauce generously on both sides of roast.
Pour on onion soup mix and mushroom soup.
Fold foil loosely over top; bring sides of foil up.
Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.
