Chuck Roast Supreme
|Lean chuck roast||3 Pound|
|Steak sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry onion soup mix||1 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||2 Can (20 oz)|
Lay roast on large piece of foil, enough to fold over top; place on cookie sheet.
Spread steak sauce generously on both sides of roast.
Pour on onion soup mix and mushroom soup.
Fold foil loosely over top; bring sides of foil up.
Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.
