Roast Chuck Neapolitan

Ingredients
  Boned chuck roast 3 1⁄2 Pound, about 2 inches thick
  Condensed tomato soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic clove 1 Large, minced
  Crushed oregano 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 1⁄2 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1. Take large heavy pan; add shortening and brown meat in it.
2. Strain off fat.
3. Add condensed tomato soup, water, onion, garlic cloves, oregano, pepper, and simmer until chuck turns soft. It takes about 2 hours to cook the meat.
4. Strain off fat and thicken sauce as per your liking.

SERVING
5. Serve the dish with bread or rice.
