Grilled Chuck Steak
|Chuck steak||4 Pound, cut 1 1/2 inches thick|
|Meat tenderizer||2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste, coarse grind|
1) Sprinkle meat tenderizer on both sides of steak. Pierce surface with tines of a fork.
2) Keep aside for 1 hour.
3) Place on grill and sear on both sides.
4) Sprinkle charcoal seasoning and pepper on each side.
5) Raise grill to about 6 inches from coals. Cook for 35 minutes, turning once.
6) Cut into thin slices and serve.
