Charcoal Grilled Chuck Steak
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Celery salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Chuck steak||2 1⁄2 Pound (1/2 To 1/2Inch Thick)|
1. In a large pan, mix all of the ingredients together to form a marinade and cover the steak with the mixture. Marinate at room temperature for four hours while turning twice to coat evenly
2. Drain the marinade and reserve and then place the meat on grill over hot coals.
3. Baste the meat with the marinade during cooking and turn twice during the cooking process.
4. Serve hot with fresh salad, mashed potatoes and barbeque sauce
