Charcoal Grilled Chuck Steak

Here's a quick and simple recipe for the most delicious Charcoal Grilled Chuck Steak. Give this wonderful recipe a try and surprise your dear ones.
Ingredients
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Chuck steak 2 1⁄2 Pound (1/2 To 1/2Inch Thick)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large pan, mix all of the ingredients together to form a marinade and cover the steak with the mixture. Marinate at room temperature for four hours while turning twice to coat evenly
2. Drain the marinade and reserve and then place the meat on grill over hot coals.
3. Baste the meat with the marinade during cooking and turn twice during the cooking process.

SERVING
4. Serve hot with fresh salad, mashed potatoes and barbeque sauce
