Barbecued Chuck Steak

Ingredients
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Chuck steaks 4 Pound
  Red wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Rub the garlic onto the two sides of the steak
2) Marinate the steaks in wine at room temperature for 4 hours
3) Place the meat on the broiler and then broil for about 6 minutes on each side
4) Once cooked and then using a knife, cut into thin diagonal slices

SERVING
5) Serve the slices of roast onto a platter
