Chocolate Chunk Meringues
|Egg whites||3 Large|
|Granulated sugar substitute||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cream of tartar||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Unsweetened cocoa powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Sugar free chocolate||3 Ounce, chopped into small pieces|
1. Heat oven to 450°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment.
2. Put egg whites in large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until foamy. Add sugar substitute, cream of tartar, and cocoa and beat until soft peaks form. Fold in chopped chocolate.
3. Drop 16 spoonfuls on baking sheet, leaving a small space between cookies (they do not spread). Put in oven and turn oven off. Leave cookies in the oven at least 2 1/2 hours.
