Charcoal Grilled Chuck Steak
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Celery salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Chuck steak||2 1⁄2 Pound, 1/2 - 3/4 -inch thick|
1)In a bowl, mix the salad oil with onion, lemon juice, salts, pepper, thyme, oregano, rosemary and minced garlic.
2)In a shallow pan, place the steak. Pour the mixture over it.
3)Let it marinate in room temperature for 4 hours. Turn the steak several times while it is marinating.
4)Take the steak from the marinade and keep it on a grill over hot coals.
5)Grill the steak to the desired doneness. Turn once during grilling.
6)Use the remaining mixture and baste the steak while grilling
7)Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
