Supreme Chuck Salad
|Ground chuck||1 Pound|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Chopped lettuce||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Tomato||1 Small, diced|
|Salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained|
Place the ground chuck, water, salt and pepper in a saucepan and simmer until chuck is tender.
Drain and place in a salad bowl.
Add the onion, lettuce and tomato.
Add the salad dressing and mushrooms and mix well.
