Mustard Onion Chuck Roast

Ingredients
  Dry mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Beef chuck pot roast 3 Pound (2 Inches Thick)
  Onions 2 Medium, chunked
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Blend mustard with water to make a paste.
Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
Place tin foil in shallow baking pan.
Place meat on foil.
Sprinkle onion pieces over meat.
Stir soy sauce into mustard mixture, blending until smooth.
Pour mixture evenly over roast and onions.
Fold and seal foil to cover roast.
Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.
