Chef's Grilled Chuck Steak
Chef's grilled chuck steak can be prepared with any meat of choice. herbed with a three herb medley, the chef's grilled chuck steak is flavored with garlic and celery salt. Grilled and served with sides of choice, it is a savory and flavorful dish.
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), fresh, frozen, or canned|
|Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Celery salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Chuck steak||2 1⁄2 Pound (About 1/2 Inch Thick)|
Combine ingredients except steak.
Marinate meat in mixture 3 hours, turning several times.
Broil steak on grill over hot coals.
Cook steak to doneness you like (about 30 minutes total time), turning once.
Baste with marinade during broiling.
