Shrimp And Corn Chowder
|Chopped green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Cream of potato soup||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Canned milk||15 Ounce (1.5 Soup Can)|
|Canned whole kernel corn||16 Ounce, drained|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
|Fresh shrimp||2 Cup (32 tbs), peeled and deveined|
Saute the green onions and garlic in the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Add the soup, milk, corn, cream cheese, shrimp, salt, pepper and paprika and bring to a boil.
Boil for 1 minute.
Serve with a green salad and fresh buns.
