Rome chowder is a filling and baked chowder prepared with ground beef and elbow spaghetti. Combined together along with vegetables, mushroom gravy and cheese, the rome chowder can be served with a side salad.
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Elbow spaghetti||7 Ounce|
|Chopped onion||1 Medium|
|Canned chopped pimentos||4 Ounce|
|Celery salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Tomatoes||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Canned green peas||8 Ounce|
|Canned mushroom gravy||10 Ounce|
|Velveeta cheese||1⁄2 Pound, cubed|
Combine all ingredients including all liquid in two 8-inch baking dishes.
Bake 45 minutes in preheated 350-degree oven.
