Simple Fish Chowder

This fish chowder recipe can be prepared with red snapper or haddock fish. The fish chowder is a light and savory chowder that is prepared along with veggies abd flavored with bacon and tabasco sauce along with a dash of worcestershire sauce. The fish chowder can be served with bread rolls or over rice.
  Finely cut bacon 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely cut celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely cut green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 2 Pound (1 Can)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Dehydrated vegetable flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 1 Dash
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Dash
  Red snapper/Haddock 1 1⁄2 Pound

Saute bacon, onion, celery and green pepper.
Add tomatoes, water, vegetable flakes, salt, pepper, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce.
Add fish cut in large strips; cook over low heat in large kettle 1 hour.
Serve over rice.
