|Frozen chopped broccoli||10 Ounce|
|Dry minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Condensed cream of chicken soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cheddar cheese||4 Ounce, shredded (1 Cup)|
|Ground red pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Peanuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
In a medium saucepan bring 1/2 cup water to boiling.
Add broccoli and onion.
Cover and simmer about 5 minutes or till broccoli is crisp-tender.
Do not drain.
Stir in condensed soup, milk, cheese, and pepper.
Cook and stir about 4 minutes or till heated through.
Pass peanuts to sprinkle atop soup, if desired.
