|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Potatoes||2 Medium, peeled, diced|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Carrots||2 , scraped, chopped|
|Stalk celery||1 , chopped|
|Canned minced clams||6 1⁄2 Ounce, undrained|
|Skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine water, potatoes, onion, carrots, celery, and salt in a large saucepan, bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Add clams and milk, cover and simmer 5 minutes.
