Clam Chowder

Ingredients
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Potatoes 2 Medium, peeled, diced
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Carrots 2 , scraped, chopped
  Stalk celery 1 , chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned minced clams 6 1⁄2 Ounce, undrained
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine water, potatoes, onion, carrots, celery, and salt in a large saucepan, bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Add clams and milk, cover and simmer 5 minutes.
