Quick Corn Chowder
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Condensed cream mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (Undiluted)|
|Milk||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Canned whole kernel corn||16 Ounce (Drained)|
Combine butter and onion in 3-quart casserole.
Microwave on HIGH until onion is transparent.
Add soup, milk, corn, salt and pepper.
Stir until well blended.
Microwave 7 to 8 minutes on HIGH, or until hot.
