Fisherman's Favorite Chowder

Ingredients
  Bacon 1⁄4 Pound, diced
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 14 1⁄2 Ounce
  Onion soup mix 2 Ounce
  Boneless fish fillet 2 Pound, cut in 1 inch pieces
  Instant mashed potatoes 125 Gram, mashed (4 Serving Size)
Directions

Saute bacon until crisp.
Add water, milk and onion soup mix, heat to boiling.
Add fish, simmer 10 minutes or until fish is done.
Stir in instant potato mix.
Heat through.
