Fisherman's Favorite Chowder

|Bacon||1⁄4 Pound, diced|
|Water||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||14 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Onion soup mix||2 Ounce|
|Boneless fish fillet||2 Pound, cut in 1 inch pieces|
|Instant mashed potatoes||125 Gram, mashed (4 Serving Size)|
Saute bacon until crisp.
Add water, milk and onion soup mix, heat to boiling.
Add fish, simmer 10 minutes or until fish is done.
Stir in instant potato mix.
