Ingredients
  Coarsely shredded cabbage 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 can)
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Thinly sliced carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green onions 4 Small, chopped
  Onion salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Frozen fish fillets 1 Pound, thawed and cut into 1 inch pieces
  Frozen cut okra 16 Ounce (1 package)
  Uncooked instant rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients in a 3-quart casserole.
Cover and microwave at HIGH for 8 minutes, stirring mixture after 4 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and microwave at HIGH for 11 to 13 minutes, stirring after 6 minutes.
