|Coarsely shredded cabbage||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 can)|
|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green onions||4 Small, chopped|
|Onion salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Red pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Frozen fish fillets||1 Pound, thawed and cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Frozen cut okra||16 Ounce (1 package)|
|Uncooked instant rice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Combine first 7 ingredients in a 3-quart casserole.
Cover and microwave at HIGH for 8 minutes, stirring mixture after 4 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and microwave at HIGH for 11 to 13 minutes, stirring after 6 minutes.
