|Clam juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Tomato juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely-diced|
|Green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely-diced|
|Dried onion flakes||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Clams||6 Ounce, cooked, minced|
|Carrots||4 Ounce, cooked, drained (about 1/2 cup)|
|Salt||To Taste (if required)|
|Pepper||To Taste (if required)|
1. In a saucepan, mix all ingredients except clams and carrots; simmer until celery is tender yet crisp.
2. Stir in carrots and clams; cook until thoroughly heated.
3. Season to taste.
4. Serve Chowder Metropole with bread.
