Chowder Metropole

Ingredients
  Clam juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Tomato juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely-diced
  Green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely-diced
  Dried onion flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1⁄2
  Clams 6 Ounce, cooked, minced
  Carrots 4 Ounce, cooked, drained (about 1/2 cup)
  Salt To Taste (if required)
  Pepper To Taste (if required)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, mix all ingredients except clams and carrots; simmer until celery is tender yet crisp.
2. Stir in carrots and clams; cook until thoroughly heated.
3. Season to taste.

SERVING
4. Serve Chowder Metropole with bread.
