Hearty Fish Chowder
|Chicken bouillon||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Beef bouillon||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Celery||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped|
|Dried minced onion||3 Tablespoon|
|Apples||2 , cored and diced|
|Bay leaf||1 , crushed|
|Dried thyme||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|White fish fillets||24 Ounce, cooked|
|Carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained, sliced cooked|
1. In a saucepan, put together bouillons, celery, onion, apples, bay leaf, thyme, curry powder, parsley and lemon juice; simmer for about 20 minutes.
2. Stir in fish and carrots.
3. Cook until fish and carrots are heated thoroughly.
4. Serve Hearty Fish Chowder with oyster crackers.
