Easy Fish Chowder
|Thinly diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sea salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cooked diced carrots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flaked cooked haddock||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) In a skillet heat oil and cook celery until tender.
2) Stir in sea salt and remaining ingredients.
3) Heat the mixture, cooking until bubbly.
4) Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
