Ingredients
  Thinly diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sea salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Boiled potatoes 4
  Cooked diced carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flaked cooked haddock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet heat oil and cook celery until tender.
2) Stir in sea salt and remaining ingredients.
3) Heat the mixture, cooking until bubbly.

SERVING
4) Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
