Slow Cooked Chowder
|Chicken bouillon granules||5 Teaspoon|
|Potatoes||8 Medium, cubed|
|Onions||2 Medium, chopped|
|Carrot||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Celery rib||1 , thinly sliced|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cubed|
|Evaporated milk||12 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Minced parsley||1 Tablespoon|
In a 5-qt slow cooker, combine the nine ingredients.
Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.
Reduce heat to low; cover and cook for 5-6 hours or until vegetables are tender.
Stir in milk and parsley; heat through.
