Slow Cooked Chowder

Ingredients
  Chicken bouillon granules 5 Teaspoon
  Potatoes 8 Medium, cubed
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Carrot 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Celery rib 1 , thinly sliced
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cubed
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Evaporated milk 12 Ounce (1 Can)
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a 5-qt slow cooker, combine the nine ingredients.
Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.
Reduce heat to low; cover and cook for 5-6 hours or until vegetables are tender.
Stir in milk and parsley; heat through.
