Corn And Potato Chowder

Ingredients
  Potato 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), peeled and sliced
  Potato 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), peeled
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Onion 1
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Carrot 1 Large, chopped
  Chicken bouillon cube 1
  Celery with tops 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Canned creamed corn 14 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan in bouillon cube cook potatoes and carrot for 10 minutes till tender.
2. In a pan saute chopped onion and celery and in butter for 5 minutes.
3. To the onion add flour, blend well and cook till bubbly.
4. Drain potatoes, saving the liquid.
5. Into the thickened onion mixture, stir milk and potato water and bring to boil, stirring constantly.
6. Let it boil, stir for 1 minute and add corn and vegetables.

SERVING
7. Serve optionally adding parsley and chives.
