Fish Chowder

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), diced
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Raw potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced
  Carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Table cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Optional)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fish fillet 1 Pound (Any White Fish Is Good)
Directions

MAKING
1. In heavy saucepan melt butter and with cover simmer vegetables and seasonings in added boiling water.
2. Add uncooked fish, cut in bite size pieces and simmer with cover for 10 minutes longer.
3. Add milk, heat, but do not boil and season to taste.

SERVING
4. Optionally add other seafood, such as a can of clams, crab meat or lobster and serve.
