Rich And Easy Clam Chowder

Ingredients
  Canned cream of potato soup 32 1⁄4 Ounce (3 Cans, 10 3/4-Ounce Each)
  New england clam chowder 21 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Cans, 10 3/4-Ounce Each)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, diced
  Half and half 1 Pint
  Canned clams 12 Ounce, chopped (2 Cans, 6 1/2-Ounce Each)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a slow cooker combine all ingredients and cook with cover on Low 2-4 hours.

SERVING
2. Serve as desired.
