Seafood Chowder

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 12
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon 1⁄2
  Tomatoes 40 Ounce
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Scallops 1 Pound
  Shrimp 1 Pound
  Haddock 1 Pound
  Sherry 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook bacon until brown.
Add onion and celery; cook, covered, for 5 minutes.
Add lemon, 1 quart water, tomatoes, garlic, catsup, curry powder, salt, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
Reduce heat; cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
Add scallops and shrimp; simmer for 20 minutes.
Cut haddock into 1-inch pieces; add to chowder.
Add sherry and but- ter; cook for 10 minutes longer.
Let stand overnight; reheat and serve.
