Quick and Creamy Chicken Chowder
|Condensed cream of chicken soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Frozen broccoli, carrots and pasta twists with sauce cubes||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sage||1⁄8 Teaspoon, rubbed|
|Milk||16 Ounce (1 1/2 soup cans)|
|Canned cooked chicken||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Can (15 oz) (Soup Cans)|
|Watercress/Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped (To Garnish)|
1 In a deep 2-quart casserole with lid, combine soup and milk.
2 Whisk until smooth.
3 Stir in frozen vegetables with sauce cubes and sage. Cover.
4 Microwave at 100% (HIGH) for 5 minutes.
5 Stir until the sauce cubes dissolve. Add chicken and cover.
6 Microwave at 100% (HIGH) for 10 to 12 minutes or until heated through; stir after 5 minutes.
7 Let stand, covered,for 2 minutes.
8 Stir before serving.
9 Garnish each serving with watercress or parsley.
