Special Seafood Chowder

Ingredients
  Onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Cod/Haddock 1 Pound (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Potatoes 4 Cup (64 tbs), diced
  Canned creamed corn 15 Ounce
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Half-and-half 1 Pint
Directions

MAKING
1. In skillet saute onions in butter such that transparent but not brown.
2. Cut fish into 3/4-inch cubes and combine with onions, potatoes, corn, seasonings and water in slow cooker.
3. Cook with cover on Low 6 hours such that potatoes are tender.
4. Add half-and-half during last hour.

SERVING
5. Serve as desired.
