Special Seafood Chowder
|Onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Cod/Haddock||1 Pound (Fresh Or Frozen)|
|Potatoes||4 Cup (64 tbs), diced|
|Canned creamed corn||15 Ounce|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1. In skillet saute onions in butter such that transparent but not brown.
2. Cut fish into 3/4-inch cubes and combine with onions, potatoes, corn, seasonings and water in slow cooker.
3. Cook with cover on Low 6 hours such that potatoes are tender.
4. Add half-and-half during last hour.
5. Serve as desired.
