Corn Seafood Chowder
|Yellow cream style corn||1 Can (10 oz) (1 Pound , 1 Ounce)|
|Cream of potato soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Clams||7 1⁄2 Ounce (Minced Or Chopped)|
|White dinner wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. In a large kettle, combine all the ingredients and simmer on low heat till it is heated through.
2. Serve hot
Chowder can be thinned with a little additional wine or milk.
Cooked vegetables such as canned mixed vegetables, carrots, green beans and peas may be added according to personal taste
