Raw Sweet Corn Chowder

Ingredients
  Fresh corn 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Sea salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (cold pressed Olive oil)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender blend the corn, garlic, sea salt, white pepper, water and olive oil.
2. Blend until you get a smooth puree.

SERVING
3. Serve the clam chowder with chopped herbs and pepper on top.
