Chunky Ham And Corn Chowder

Ingredients
  97% fat free diced ham/Any extra-lean ham 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Dubuque, Full Cups)
  Diced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Frozen whole-kernel corn 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), thawed
  Canned cream style corn 8 Ounce (1 Cup, 1 Can)
  Evaporated skim milk 12 Fluid Ounce (1 1/2 Cups, 1 Can, Carnation)
  Canned cream of celery soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can, Healthy Request)
  Diced raw potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine ham, onion, celery, and corn.
Stir in evaporated skim milk, celery soup, potatoes, parsley flakes, and black pepper.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
Mix well before serving.
