Calico Chicken Chowder
|Cream of chicken soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can Healthy Request)|
|Evaporated skim milk||12 Fluid Ounce (1 1/2 Cups / 1 Can, Carnation)|
|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped onion||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Frozen whole kernel corn||1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed|
|Finely chopped potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Raw)|
|Diced cooked chicken breast||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Frozen peas||1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed|
Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine chicken soup, evaporated skim milk, water, parsley flakes, and black pepper.
Stir in onion, corn, and potatoes.
Mix well to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
Mix well before serving.
Just before serving, stir in peas.
