Fresh Lima Chowder

Ingredients
  Chopped red onions 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Chopped sweet red peppers 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Corn oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Lima beans 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Marjoram 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chicken stock/Vegetable stock 1 Liter (4 Cups)
  Corn 250 Milliliter (1 Cup, Fresh Or Frozen)
  Allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tamari 2 Teaspoon
  Cooked brown rice 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
Directions

MAKING
1)In a deep saucepan, saute peppers and onions in oil until they are cooked and tender.
2)Add in tamari, all spice, corn, stock, marjoram and lima beans. Boil and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes over lower heat.
3)Now add brown rice.
4)Heat thorouhgly and serve.

SERVING
5)Serve as side dish.
