Clam Crab Or Mussel Chowder
|Diced onion||4 Ounce|
|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chicken bouillon/Beef bouillon||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
|Pared potatoes||6 Ounce, diced|
|Cooked seafood/Drained canned seafood||8 Ounce|
|Evaporated skimmed milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cook onion and celery in a covered medium saucepan stirring occasionally until transparent.
Add bouillon and bring to a boil.
Add potatoes; cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are almost tender.
Stir in seafood and milk; heat but do not boil.
Divide evenly into bowls.
