Clam Crab Or Mussel Chowder

Ingredients
  Diced onion 4 Ounce
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chicken bouillon/Beef bouillon 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Pared potatoes 6 Ounce, diced
  Cooked seafood/Drained canned seafood 8 Ounce
  Evaporated skimmed milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Cook onion and celery in a covered medium saucepan stirring occasionally until transparent.
Add bouillon and bring to a boil.
Add potatoes; cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are almost tender.
Stir in seafood and milk; heat but do not boil.
Divide evenly into bowls.
