|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Peeled chopped potatoes||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Milk||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Non instant powdered milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh corn||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Parsley||1 Teaspoon, minced|
Melt margarine in a Dutch oven or heavy soup kettle.
Saute onion and potatoes in the margarine for about 5 minutes.
Add milk which has been mixed with powdered milk, corn, and paprika.
Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender.
In the last minute of cooking, add salt and pepper to taste.
