Corn Chowder

Ingredients
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peeled chopped potatoes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Non instant powdered milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh corn 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, minced
Directions

Melt margarine in a Dutch oven or heavy soup kettle.
Saute onion and potatoes in the margarine for about 5 minutes.
Add milk which has been mixed with powdered milk, corn, and paprika.
Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender.
In the last minute of cooking, add salt and pepper to taste.
