Cheesy Vegetable Chowder
|Envelope of vegetable soup mix||1|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||4 Ounce|
Set Power Select at HIGH.
In 2-quart casserole dish, combine soup mix and water.
Heat, covered, 10 minutes, stirring once.
Stir in flour blended with milk and cheese; heat, covered 10 to 12 minutes at MEDIUM-LOW or until soup is thickened and cheese is melted, stirring once.
