Conch Chowder

Ingredients
  Conch meat 1 Quart
  Carrot 1
  Green pepper 1
  Onions 2 Large
  Diced bacon 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 19 Ounce, coarsely chopped (1 Can)
  Tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Diced potato 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Powdered thyme To Taste
Directions

Force conch, carrot, green pepper, and onions through food chopper, using medium blade.
Cook bacon until crisp.
Add conch mixture, tomatoes, tomato paste, potato, and water.
Season to taste with salt, pepper, and thyme.
Bring to boil, cover and simmer 2 hours.
Add sherry and more seasoning if necessary.
