Ham and Cauliflower Chowder

|Frozen cauliflower||16 Ounce (1 Bag)|
|Canned cream of mushroom soup/Cream of celery soup||21 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Cans, 10 3/4 Ounces Each)|
|Milk/Water||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Fully cooked ham||1⁄2 Pound, cubed|
|Shredded colby cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
• Cook cauliflower according to package directions; drain.
• Combine cauliflower, soup, milk and ham in saucepan; mix well.
• Cook over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top individual servings with cheese.
