Ham And Cauliflower Chowder

Ingredients
  Frozen cauliflower 16 Ounce (1 Bag)
  Canned cream of mushroom soup/Cream of celery soup 21 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Cans, 10 3/4 Ounces Each)
  Milk/Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Fully cooked ham 1⁄2 Pound, cubed
  Shredded colby cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

• Cook cauliflower according to package directions; drain.
• Combine cauliflower, soup, milk and ham in saucepan; mix well.
• Cook over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top individual servings with cheese.
