Classic Manhattan Clam Chowder
|Condensed vegetable soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Tomato juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Canned minced clams with juice||7 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Ground thyme||1 1⁄4 Pinch (A Big Pinch)|
1. Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart glass bowl.
2. Cover and microwave at Cook Cycle 1 (power level 7) for 10 to 13 minutes, or until hot, stirring 3 times. Serve with oyster crackers or saltiness.
