Company Tuna Chowder

Ingredients
  Canned chunk tuna 14 Ounce, drained (Two 7 Ounce Cans)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon (3/8 Stick)
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Canned whole kernel corn 12 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Canned cream of celery soup 21 Ounce (Two 10 1/2 Ounce Cans)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Or More)
  Potatoes 4 Large, peeled and cubed
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Dill 1 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fennel 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Break tuna into pieces.
In a deep heavy pot heat butter and saute onion until transparent.
Add tuna, corn, tomato paste, soup, 2 cups milk, potatoes, mustard, herbs, salt and pepper .
Bring to a simmer, stirring several times.
Cover and cook until potatoes are tender about 30 minutes.
Thin with milk if necessary.
Garnish with parsley
