Tuna Chowder

Ingredients
  Canned tuna fish 7 Ounce
  White sauce/1 can tomato / mushroom soup 3⁄4 Pint
  Cooked vegetables 12 Ounce, sliced (Such As Green Peas, Sliced Carrots, Cut Celery, Sliced Onion)
  Eggs 3 , hardboiled
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato slices 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parsley sprigs 1
Directions

Combine flaked tuna, sauce or soup, vegetables and sliced eggs.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Heat gently.
Turn into a tureen and garnish with slices of tomato sprinkled with grated cheese.
Place under a hot grill to melt the cheese.
Garnish with parsley sprigs.
