Turkey Corn Chowder

  Bacon strip 8 , diced
  Chopped onion 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Potatoes 4 Cup (64 tbs), pared and sliced to 1/8 inch thick
  Condensed chicken broth 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cubed cooked turkey 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Canned whole kernel corn 17 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned cream style corn 17 Ounce (1 Can)
  Light cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon

Place bacon in 4-qt. glass bowl.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave at high setting 9 minutes, or until crisp, stirring every 3 minutes.
Remove bacon and drain on paper towels.
Pour off all but 1/2 c. drippings.
Add onion to drippings.
Cover with plastic wrap, turning back 1" to allow for escape of steam.
Microwave at high setting 5 minutes.
Add potatoes, chicken broth and salt.
Cover with plastic wrap, turning back 1" Microwave at high setting 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
Stir in turkey, undrained whole-kernel corn, cream-style corn, light cream and pepper.
Cover with plastic wrap, turning back 1".
Microwave at high setting 10 minutes, or until hot, stirring every 4 minutes.
Ladle chowder into bowls.
Garnish with bacon and parsley.
