|Condensed cream of potato soup||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Instant chicken broth||2 Teaspoon (2 Envelopes)|
|Instant minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Hard cooked eggs||4 , shelled and sliced|
1. Combine frozen spinach, cream-of-potato soup, milk, the instant broth and onion in a large, heavy saucepan.
2. Heat slowly, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes, or until spinach is thawed; cover. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Ladle into soup bowls; garnish each serving with hard-cooked egg slices.
