Chicken And Corn Chowder

Ingredients
  Butter 30 Gram
  Carrot 1 Large, diced
  Bacon rashers 3 , chopped
  Broccoli 150 Gram, broken into small florets
  Evaporated milk 375 Gram (1 Can)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken stock cube 2
  Shredded cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned creamed corn 310 Gram (1 Can)
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

1. Place butter, carrots and bacon in a large bowl, cover, cook on HIGH for three minutes. Add broccoli, cover, cook on HIGH for two minutes.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients cover, on HIGH for six minutes.
