Ingredients
1 medium-size onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, halved, seeded and diced
1 clove of garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cans (10 1/2 ounces each) condensed chicken and rice soup
2 1/2 cups water
2 large tomatoes, peeled and diced
